The Birth Company is a private women’s pregnancy care, childbirth and gynaecology clinic based in Harley Street, London. Setup by leading gynaecologist and obstetrician, Dr Donald Gibb, this modern clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art scanning equipment providing the latest in ultrasound technology including 3D and 4D baby scans.
Digital Catalyst were first approached by The Birth Company back in 2008, when it had become apparent to them that their recent investment in a new web site and Google AdWords program was not delivering the expected ROI (return on investment) and as a result new patient acquisition was low. The Birth Company needed to understand where they had gone wrong with their former strategy and so turned to Digital Catalyst for guidance and ultimately, a solution.
